The process of growing plants completely
independent of external conditions

A vertical farm hydroponic cultivation is a form of soil-less farming where plants are grown in a solution of water and nutrients.

The nutrients are available in liquid and dry form. They contain both the main macronutrients – potassium, phosphorus, nitrogen, calcium and magnesium – and microelements, e.g. iron, manganese, zinc. Almost any plant can be grown hydroponically. The main advantages of our cultivation are:

  • the fact that our plants have absolutely no artificial additives and impurities, which makes them more fresh and of higher quality.
  • they grow faster, have controlled conditions and filtered air
  • reduction of the cultivation area
  • no soil borne diseases.
  • closed-circuit hydroponics also saves water.

LED lamps

The innovative design of LED lamps allows the use of UV and IR LEDs (normally harmful to humans), which improve the quality of growth, smell and taste of crops

Multilevel system of growing plants

Siejesie is a multi-tiered system of plant cultivation, which allows for at least a 10-fold increase in the cultivated area. The cultivation takes place irrespective of the climate, vegetation, soil quality, weather conditions and water level.

Vertical farm

10-fold reduction (compared to greenhouses) of the area intended for the cultivation of food crops . The use of a photovoltaic farm as its own energy source, reducing production costs and CO2 emissions to the environment

Plants

The complete lack of contact with external environmental factors - bacteria, fungi, molds, pests, allows you to resign from the use of pesticides criticized by the society.

Unique LED lighting technology

The unique LED lighting technology of Siejesie provides exactly as much light as required by the intensive plant cultivation process.

Closed irrigation system

The innovative, closed irrigation system allows the most efficient use of water . The use of structural water rich in nitrogen and oxygen allows for a 20% increase in plant production and a much faster cultivation process.

Implements a project co-financed by European Funds under the Intelligent Development Operational Program entitled “Establishment of the SIEJSIE Research and Development Center”

The aim of the project is to create the SIEJESIE Research and Development Center, where R&D works will be carried out, aimed at developing innovative products and technologies of WHSH – Vertical Hydroponic Plant Breeding System. As part of the CBR’s activities, research will be carried out within 2 research areas: LED technology and plant cultivation systems. With the use of EU financial support, the Applicant will carry out construction works, purchase R&D infrastructure (including equipment and apparatus) and make research stands necessary for the implementation of the planned research works. The planned R&D projects will be implemented by newly hired research and support staff. The research will be carried out in close cooperation with research units, and after the completion of R&D works, the results will be implemented in economic practice
